Journey to the Center of the Earth

In Hamburg, Germany, Professor Otto Lidenbrock comes home with an old Icelandic book. In it there is a message about a journey to the center of the Earth.
Can Lidenbrock and his nephew, Axel- and their Icelandic guide, Hans- find the center of the Earth? And can they all get back alive after their many underground adventures?

This book, the Oxford Dominoes Starter series, has 2674 words. Usually the books which have over 2000 words help me sleep. But this story was so exciting and interesting!

A scene which Lidenbrock, Axel and Hans walk in a tunnel is my favorite. In the tunnel they find crystals! Some day I want to see a real crystal!
